Are you a mental health professional looking for a fully furnished, professional space to see clients in the San Antonio Medical Center? We offer private, well-equipped therapy offices available for rent on a part-time, as-needed, or potential full-time basis.

By working among our team, you’ll have the opportunity to build your private practice in a supportive environment and gain referrals from a well-established pediatric neuropsychology and vocational rehabilitation practice.

Office Space for Rent

Our office suite features three therapy rooms, designed for comfort and confidentiality. Whether you're looking for a space for individual therapy, couples counseling, family sessions, or evaluations, we provide a professional setting to meet your needs.

✔ Flexible Rental Terms – Daily, weekly, and monthly options available, with short-term lease contracts (3-6 months) considered.
✔ Fully Furnished Offices – Each office includes a desk, therapy chair, couch, side tables, and white noise machines.
✔ Reception & Administrative Support – Staff available during business hours to greet clients and notify providers of their arrival.
✔ Waiting Area & Break Room – Professional client waiting space, plus access to a stocked kitchen with a fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine.
✔ High-Speed WiFi & Secure Access – Stay connected with reliable internet, and enjoy peace of mind with a secure entrance requiring key fob access after hours.
✔ Psychological Testing Materials Available – Select neuropsychological and psychological testing kits are available for in-office use with individual protocol purchases.
✔ ADA Accessible & Convenient Location – Located in the San Antonio Medical Center (78229) across from UT Health Science Center and Children’s Methodist Hospital.

Request an Office Room Rental

To request an office room rental, please follow these steps:

Press the "Book Room" button above.
Select Dr. Abrego as the clinician.
Choose Office 1, 2, or 3, then select the date you are requesting.
Provide your contact details and information about your rental needs, including:
- As-needed basis
- Short-term rental (week, month)
- Long-term rental (3 months - 6 months)
- Single-day use (Set day or days)

Once we receive your request, we will send you the necessary forms to sign for the rental agreement. If it’s a good fit, we’ll approve your request and send an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, you’re all set!
