Social Anxiety Group for Middle School Age Children 

Schedule: Every 1st Saturday of the month at 1 PM 

Where: In-Person at 7434 Louis Pasteur Drive, Suite 230, San Antonio, TX 78229 

Who Can Participate: Children ages 11 to 13 

This group is designed for middle school students (ages 11–14) who experience social anxiety but do not have significant behavioral challenges. The group provides a supportive, structured space where kids can connect, practice social skills, and build confidence in a safe environment.

Sessions include a mix of board games, structured activities, and group discussions. Through play and conversation, kids practice social skills, explore challenges they face at school, and learn strategies for managing anxiety.

Insurance is accepted for group therapy and we also accept private pay. See our fees page for more information. 

DMDD Sibling Support Group 

Schedule: Every 1st Saturday of the month at 3:00 PM
Where: In-Person at 7434 Louis Pasteur Drive, Suite 230, San Antonio, TX 78229
Who Can Participate: Children ages 8 to 12

This group is designed for siblings of children with Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (DMDD). It provides a supportive, structured space where children can connect with peers who share similar experiences, talk about their feelings, and learn strategies for staying safe, coping with challenges at home, and advocating for their own needs.

The group will start as soon as we can put together 4 children. If your child is interested, please add your name to the waitlist. Each child is carefully screened to ensure the group is a good fit.

Sessions include a mix of structured activities, discussions, and guided exercises. Through conversation and interactive activities, children practice coping strategies, explore their experiences as siblings, and gain tools to manage their emotions and advocate for themselves.
